Return And Exchange

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from EFI JEDDAH.

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return requests after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

At EFI JEDDAH, refunds are applicable under certain conditions.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue is from our side.
